Dr. Pam Springer, associate dean of College of Health Sciences and director of the School of Nursing, and Major Blaine Wales, professor of Military Science, signed an agreement guaranteeing two cadets each term will be admitted into the nursing baccalaureate program, providing that the cadets meet the requirements of both the ROTC and the School of Nursing.
