Betty Miller, adjunct faculty coordinator of the RN-BS Online/Distance Completion Track in the School of Nursing, presented her paper “Online Adjunct Faculty as the Customer: A Logic Model to Meet the Environmental Needs of Online Adjunct Faculty” to attendees of the Fifth Annual Mentoring Institute Conference held at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque on Oct. 24. The paper and presentation described the needs of online adjunct faculty and the RN-BS Track’s experiences of facilitating developmental relationships and a supportive environment for success.
