Karen R. Breitkreuz, MSN, EdD, CNS, R.N., assistant professor in the School of Nursing, is a contributing author in the newly published book “Exploring More Signature Pedagogies: Approaches to Teaching Disciplinary Habits of Mind.” Breitkreuz wrote chapter 13 “Competence and Care” with Thomas Lawrence Long, Desiree Diaz, John J. McNulty, Arthur J. Engler, Carol Polifroni, and Jennifer Casavant Telford. “Exploring More Signature Pedagogies” was edited by Nancy L. Chick, Aeron Hyanie and Regan A.R. Gurung and published in January by Stylus Publishing.
