1. Policy Purpose

Students may request the Graduate Admissions Committee consider a switch in program track-speciality area.

2. Policy Statement

The student must first verify that they meet the requirements specified within the admissions criteria of the desired program track.
The student is required to submit a new Personal Goal Statement, written in a Word document, explaining the reason for the change and how it will help meet their career goals.
The student must email the new Personal Goal Statement to the AGNP Program Director along with an updated resume/CV.
The Director will then forward these documents, along with the student’s original application, to the Graduate Governance Team for their review and decision.

All requests for program option change must be submitted to the AGNP Program Director no later than March 1 prior to Summer Semester 2. Requests submitted after this date will not be considered.
