Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning Assistant Professor Dr. Lisa Giacumo and Oklahoma State University Associate professor Dr. Tutalini Asino present their performance improvement case study to the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) – Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) chapter.
Collaborating with a Namibian Organization they used a system mapping process, inculcated systems thinking into the culture and explored cross-cultural considerations for encouraging innovation and improving employee efficiency.
