Learning Strategy Lab – Summer Lab Participation

Dr. Seth Martinez is pleased to introduce the Learning Strategy Lab and open the application window for summer.

Through the lenses of adult cognition, organizational behavior, and expertise development, this lab will explore learning strategy and design. (Learning strategy is macro in nature and stems from my work at Facebook as a Learning Strategist.  It consists of the people, processes, and technology involved in the training required to improve performance within the workflow.)  We will also work with industry partners on real projects.  In fact, we have one industry customer ready to engage and possibly a second, and to that end we’re announcing the opening of the application to join the lab this summer.  But first, I will host an Information Session over Zoom on March 31.
