Helper Helper App

1. Download Helper Helper App
2. Open app – click “Forgot Password? Click Here”
3. Type in your BoiseState e-mail address and click “Email Password”
4. Go to your student e-mail – find e-mail from info@helperhelper.us
5. Copy the temporary password in the e-mail
6. Open app – go to login page – enter your BoiseState email address and paste the temporary
password
7. The next screen will have you create a password

Commit to the Event

1. Go to ‘Find Opportunities”
2. Click on the event – Click “Yes” next to “Commit?”
3. On the next screen, Click “Save”
Checking in/out of the Event
1. Go to “My Commitments”
2. Click on the event
3. Click “Check-in” on the left – click Save
4. After the event – Click “Check-out” on the left
5. Enter the code (from organizer) – Click Save – Click Done

You must sign-up for events on Helper Helper to receive community service credit.
