Our Programs

The First Forward Cohort: Catch up with Peer Navigators (former orientation leaders) and our staff twice a semester to discuss insider tips to be successful at Boise State.

Home Sweet Home: Connect with other first generation students, staff and faculty, share experiences and build a sense of belonging while participating in fun events like gaming at the E-Sports Arena, making crafts and enjoying delicious food. Held once a month.

College Life Essentials: Join these interactive sessions for a chance to upgrade your toolkit of skills. We’ll talk about setting goals, time management and trying out new study strategies.

One on One Academic Coaching: Meet with our helpful and friendly staff to set goals, sort through academic challenges and celebrate successes.

National First Generation Day: Kick off our inaugural National First Generation Day with a carnival-themed celebration. Play games, sample free food and collect swag to show off your first gen pride.
