The Student Union is responsible for managing reservations for various outdoor spaces on campus, including the Quad, Interactive Learning Center Promo Spaces, and several reservable grass areas, namely “B” Plaza Grass Area East, “B” Plaza Grass Area West, Student Union Grass Area East, and Student Union Grass Area West.
If you require equipment for your event, Student Union Events is available to deliver and set up the necessary items. Please note that there is a $50 delivery charge associated with all reservations. If equipment setup is needed, labor charges will be assessed accordingly. However, it’s important to know that Student Union Events does not handle the movement or removal of existing furnishings. It is your responsibility to arrange for the relocation or removal of any furniture prior to our delivery.
Due to the limited availability of resources, it is advised to request your delivery at least 14 days in advance of your event to allow sufficient time for preparation and arrangements.
