Talk, Meet, Interact (TMI) with PSA presents Sustainability Initiatives on Campus

Ever wondered what you can do to help make campus more environmentally sustainable? Curious about the initiatives already in motion? Reuse and recycling campaigns and Geothermal and solar energy projects are just some of the programs in place by our campus Office of Sustainability. Join Amy Parrish in learning more about the Office of Sustainability which is responsible for implementing sustainability initiatives on campus, tracking progress toward sustainability goals and engaging with the campus community to advance sustainability practices.

Amy Parrish is the Sustainability Director at Boise State. She works collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff across campus to plan and implement sustainability projects. Prior to this position, she worked for the city of Boise on a variety of sustainability and climate projects, including climate action planning. Amy is a Pacific Northwest native, raised in Walla Walla, Washington. She attended the University of Montana, where she received her BA in Environmental Biology. Outside of work, Amy enjoys hiking, skiing, and camping with her family in Idaho’s mountains.
