Our Roadmap

Learn adopt archive update and maintain

By committing to this simple roadmap—Learn, Adopt, Archive, Update, and Maintain—you gain the knowledge and tools to confidently build a digital environment where every student, colleague, and user can access information without barriers. Start today and see the powerful, positive impact you can make on our campus culture.

What's in the roadmap?

  1. Learn – Know the laws and policies regarding digital accessibility and what is expected of you as a university employee.
  2. Adopt – Start now! Keep accessibility in mind. Make all newly created content accessible, from now on.
  3. Archive – Clean house! Delete, remove or archive any old, out of date, or unused content.
  4. Update – Make a plan and timeline for updating existing content and prioritize public or frequently viewed content.
  5. Maintain – Develop a mindset of continuous improvement, with an eye on accessibility in all you do.
