Integrate new “pro-tips” into your daily workflow—like mastering a new accessibility checker or testing a new document template—to make accessible design even more effortless. At least once a year (we suggest after the Spring semester), audit your digital spaces. If content is outdated, unused, or no longer relevant to your mission, archive or delete it. Less clutter = less work.

You’ve already fixed your high-priority content. Now, use this step for “targeted updates.” When a platform updates (like when new features launch or systems change), do a quick 5-minute check of your most-visited pages and content to ensure everything still functions perfectly for all users. If you find new accessibility barriers, prioritize and update as needed to get them resolved.
