Our Planning Process

In 2019, we organized a Strategic Planning Task Force for the School of Allied Health Sciences and teamed up with Dr. Lynn Owens to help with creating a visionary plan for the future of the school.

Dr. Owens collaboratively engaged our Strategic Planning Process which, in addition to interviews with key leaders and stakeholders, will also include focus groups with students, faculty, and community partners. Our goal in forming a Strategic Planning Task Force was to develop a Vision, Mission, Goals, Objectives, and Strategies that align with the core values of our school.
