Awards:

Many students in the Gut Fungi Lab have received awards for attending meetings.

Nicole Reynolds:

• Holz-Conner Travel Award.  Received $1,000 to attend the International Congress of Protistology XIV. August 2013.

Emma Wilson:

• American Water Resources Association Summer Specialty Conference Best Student Presentation and Poster. Received $250 and biographical sketch in the American Water Resources Association monthly publication, Impact Magazine. June 2012.

• American Water Resources Association Travel Award. Received $500 for travel to the American Water Resources Association’s Summer Specialty Conference. June 2012.

• Northwest Scientific Association Poster Prize. Won second place in the student poster competition at the Northwest Scientific Association’s 83^rd annual meeting. March 2012.

• Mentor Student Travel Award. Received $500 from the Mycological Society of America in the name of Harry Morton Fitzpatrick towards travel to the Mycological Society of America annual meeting. March 2011.
