Dr. Owen McDougal (Faculty) and his students have been tackling food and nutrition insecurity. The 4-minute video highlights campus wide collaboration to address these issues. The project is sponsored by an NSF Convergence Accelerator Phase 1 Grant and involves BMOL, Chemistry, Computer Science, and high school students.
