One of our favorite traditions at Boise State is our annual Parent & Family Weekend, and this year we’re hosting this event October 7-9. Parent & Family Weekend is designed to invite you to campus so you can share the Bronco pride alongside your student. We’ll kick off our Parent & Family Weekend events on Friday, October 7, so we encourage you to make travel plans that allow for participation in the entire weekend!
We host Parent & Family Weekend during Homecoming so you can partake in Boise State traditions, experience the rumble of Boise State football and be a part of Bronco Nation. Some Parent & Family Weekend events are for purchase, so make sure you browse those options if you’re interested. There is limited availability for the events for purchase. And of course, there will be plenty of free events that you’ll be able to join, like the Homecoming Parade, the Homecoming Pep-Rally, Touch the Turf and more!
The New Student Transition & Family Connections office is working diligently to plan fun events for you and your student to experience while you’re here. We’re excited to offer a time during Parent & Family Weekend where you and your student can connect with professionals from campus resource and support offices. We’re calling this time “Tell Us How It’s Going” and it will take place from 2:00-5:00pm on Friday, October 7. Let us know you’d like to connect with us by completing the RSVP.
