[Music] [Speaker: Aris Vetter, Beach Volleyball] SAAC is the student athlete advisory committee and basically we have two representatives from each team come and meet about once a month to talk about what our teams need, ways that we can engage with the community, and plan fun events. [Speaker: Caden Moortgat, Mens Tennis] As a committee, work to improve the student athlete experience in all aspects: personal development and leadership development. We also work with the staff and the athletic department as a whole, to really make sure the student athletes are getting what they need and doing what they need to support the Athletics Department as well. [Speaker: Tyson Degenhart, Mens Basketball] We meet once a month to talk about different things that are going on within, you know, our lives and the faculty’s lives and we’re kind of that bridge between the faculty and the student athletes. [Music][Speaker: Serena Huchingson, Softball] We work with Boise State , as well as the Mountain West, to ensure student athletes have a great experience not only on the field, on the court, but also outside… building those connections and relationships within the community and just all around making sure student athletes have the best experience they can throughout their entire college careers [Music]
