Assistant Professor Luke Montrose Speaks about Smoke Readiness

The week of June 13-17 was Smoke Ready Week, hosted by the Northwest Air Quality Communicators Group and the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality. This initiative provides information to the public about wildfire smoke in preparation for the upcoming wildfire season. Dr. Luke Montrose, Assistant Professor in the School of Public and Population Health at Boise State University and host of the Rocky Mountain Regional Wildfire Smoke Symposium, spoke with Boise Public Radio during Smoke Ready Week to discusses outdoor and indoor air quality, how to reduce exposure to wildfire smoke, and resources available to the community.
