Carolyn Hennen

Carolyn Hennen built a successful career in the healthcare industry, most recently as the Manager of St. Luke’s Treasure Valley Echocardiography Lab. However, driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Carolyn and her husband Jeff purchased The Rag Company in 2012. The Rag Company has become a global leader in providing high quality, high-value microfiber products to customers around the world. Carolyn graduated from the Boise State Executive MBA program in 2016.

Tara Russell is the President of Fathom and Global Impact Lead of Carnival Corporation & plc, the world’s largest travel and Leisure Company.  Fathom is a creative experience that brings humanity closer together and offers experiences to travelers hungry for meaningful opportunities to connect deeply to those around them.  Prior to Fathom, Tara founded Create Common Good, a successful nonprofit social enterprise base in Boise. Her passion lies in empowering and equipping others to live their best story.

Clay Young

Clay Young
Clay Young is the CEO and Cofounder of Banner Solar and The Simple Company.  The company’s mission is to provide consumers with the information, at their fingertips, that helps them make healthy, natural and more sustainable grocery choices.  Prior to Banner Solar and The Simple Company, Clay was the CEO and Founder of Inovus Solar, which provides innovative, industrial-grade solar street and area lightings used by hundreds of operations.
