Dr. Hao Chen was a postdoctoral research associate and then a research assistant professor at Syracuse University. Since Aug 2010, he has been an assistant professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Boise State University. Dr. Chen’s research interests include statistical signal and image processing, and communications.
