Engineering Innovation Studio
Student 1:
This is my favorite place to be on campus.
Student 2:
It’s meant to support all fields of engineering here: civil, construction management, electrical, mechanical. The goal is that we’re giving everyone here an experience to do hands-on applications of the stuff they’re learning in the classroom.
Student 3:
Even though I’m a freshman people still give me the opportunity to do really cool things that I never thought I’d get the opportunity to do and so it’s really just helped me grow and it’s helped me find a place to belong.
Student 4:
Having access to these things really improves your experience as a student because everything we’ve done up to this point has been theoretical. Every donation helps. There’s all the materials, all the tools in here that are constantly getting used and eventually some of them need to be replaced. So having that ability to replace them and have the tools that we need – every donation was helping with that.
