Drop a Concurrent Enrollment Course

View important concurrent enrollment dates and deadlines before submitting your course drop request. If you have questions about the drop/withdrawal process or policy, please contact the Concurrent Enrollment Office at (208) 426-3750 or concurrentenrollment@boisestate.edu.

Drop Your Course by the Drop Deadline

If you drop a concurrent enrollment course by the drop deadline, we remove the course from your Boise State transcript and remove the course fees from your account. You can continue to use Advanced Opportunities funding for future courses. Complete the drop request form embedded on this webpage.

Withdraw From Your Course After the Drop Deadline

If you drop a concurrent enrollment course AFTER the drop deadline, we record a ‘W’ (withdrawal) on your Boise State transcript and you are still responsible for the course fees on your account. If you receive a W or F for a course that Advanced Opportunities funding pays for, you are not be able to use this funding again until you pay for and earn credit for another course. Complete the drop request form embedded on this webpage.

*Once grades are submitted, we can not withdraw you from your course.

I am dropping/withdrawing from the indicated concurrent course(s) which have not yet been graded. I understand that withdrawing from Boise State courses may adversely affect my college transcript and Fast Forward funding eligibility. I understand that if I drop/withdraw from a class, this action cannot be undone. If I am an instructor or parent/guardian, I have made sure my student is aware of and agrees to this drop/withdrawal policy.
