Syllabi Review and Approval Process

Faculty Liaisons help to ensure that Concurrent Enrollment courses align with their on-campus counterparts by reviewing and approving all course syllabi.

For Fall and Year-Long Courses

  • A reminder email will be sent by the CE program to CE instructors by the first day of August.
  • FLs have two weeks from when they are back on contract in August to review and either approve/offer feedback on syllabi to CE instructors. If changes need to be made, CE instructors will have two weeks from the time that they receive feedback to make the changes and re-submit their syllabi.
  • All syllabi should be approved and submitted to the CEP by the FL by the third Friday of September. Approved syllabi should be emailed to Kristen Fil, CEP Administrative Assistant, at kristenfil@boisestate.edu.
