  2. Using pressure/heat technology to improve dairy protein drying processes (Pulse Electric Field)
  3. Applying extrusion dairy processing to innovate protein-rich dairy ingredients (Extrusion)
  4. Finding solutions and markets for managing dairy processing byproducts.
  5. Boosting workforce capabilities within the industry
