Digital Innovation and Design
In the Digital Innovation and Design degree program, every course centers on real projects using real tools, so you’re building practical skills from day one. Interdisciplinary Studies
Interdisciplinary Studies is a tri-disciplinary degree program that allows you to explore and combine minors and certificates to create a major that aligns perfectly with your aspirations and previous academic credits. Our program is specifically crafted for on-campus students who desire more than a traditional, discipline-bound education, offering them the freedom to explore and integrate varied fields of study. You can earn a bachelor of science or bachelor of arts degree in this program.
Interdisciplinary Studies

The School for the Digital Future at Boise State offers professional certificates that help students build real skills employers are actually looking for. Choose from Google Career Certificates in IT support, data analysis and project management, or specialized programs in AI, innovation, design and content production — all fully online with no prerequisites needed. You’ll work with the same tools and platforms used on the job, from generative AI to no-code development to design thinking, and graduate with a credential that shows employers you can do the work.
