Ian A. Hunt , Series Producer for National Geographic’s X-Ray Earth, interviewed Research Professor Lee Liberty for their latest project highlighting earthquake risks related to the Cascadia subduction zone. Filmed in downtown Seattle, Liberty described ground shaking potential from a large subduction zone earthquake or from an earthquake on the Seattle fault. Production will occur over the following months and is scheduled to be aired in 2020.
