Will Rudisill awarded a DOE Office of Science Graduate Student Research fellowship

Congratulations to Will Rudisill (PhD-Geophysics student), who has been awarded a DOE Office of Science Graduate Student Research fellowship in the Atmospheric Science Research program!!

Will will be a visiting student at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab (LBNL) next spring semester, and will be mentored by Dr. Erica Siirila-Woodburn. His research at LBNL will examine how alternative parameterizations of cloud and surface microphysics in the Weather Research and Forecasting model imply different hydrologic flowpaths and residence times when input to the ParFlow integrated hydrologic model. The simulation domain he is working with coincides with the East River watershed in western Colorado.

Congrats Will!
