We would like to invite students to share their research and/or community engaged projects!
To make this more doable for students, we are NOT asking for posters. Instead, we will try something new!
In one area of the room there will be large poster boards with the titles “Environment,” “Water,” and “Land.” Interested students have the opportunity to create a simple 8.5×11 one-pager with the following information:- Student name
– Project Title
– Brief project description (~25 words)
– 1-2 Pictures
Students will attach their project summary to the poster board most aligned with their work.
Our goal is that this format allows students to engage in more authentic conversations about their research with faculty, staff, and community members without relying on and reading verbatim from a traditional research poster. Sign up your project here.
This is a free event, but you must be registered as space is limited.
