Speaker lunch at lunchtime: Food at lunchtime in conference room. Students gather to have a group conversation with the speaker. Held on same day as the seminar.
Food break before seminar: Food in the half-hour before seminar. Informally mingle with speaker and faculty. Would occur in the main office kitchen space, seminar room itself, or large conference room.
Food break after seminar: Food in the half-hour after the seminar. Informally mingle with speaker and faculty. Would occur in the main office kitchen space, seminar room itself, or large conference room.
