Provost
In Spring 2026, Boise State initiated preparation for a national search for our next Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. In April and May of 2026, the university hosted listening sessions for faculty and staff. Additionally, through a campus survey, feedback was collected and nominations solicited for the search committee and other search-related roles.
There will be additional, more targeted engagement opportunities with key stakeholder groups, including the executive team, deans and provost direct reports in the fall of 2026.
Chief Financial Officer
Boise State University relaunched a national search for its next Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer (VP-CFO) following the arrival of President David Hahn.
The university extends appreciation to Stacy Pearson for continuing to serve as interim CFO as the search continues, as well as to faculty, staff and students who have engaged with the search process and provided valuable feedback.
