Meet Our Staff

  • Betsy Acrey headshot

    Besty Acrey

    Administrative Assistant II

I grew up in Southern California. I love any and all things related to water sports. Some of my favorite activities include kayaking, cooking with my mom and listening to live music.

    Ask Me About:
    • Getting involved on campus
    • Fraternity and Sorority rosters and event planning
    • Making salsa
    Education & Experience:

I have worked in Education for more than 10 years, specifically at a High School level.  I’ve had the opportunity to work with students that come from various backgrounds and learn the different challenges that may come with that.  I hope to take the knowledge I’ve gained from my years in public school and be a resource and support to students pursuing a higher education.

    Why Student Involvement?

College is a time to meet new people and experience new things, but it can be intimidating and scary at the same time.  I want to be someone who students feel they can go to if they have questions or need direction and encouragement.  To create a space where they feel like they belong and that they deserve to be a part of this experience.
