The Iota Theta chapter of Delta Sigma Phi is a group of men striving for greatness through Courage, Action, and Excellence. A man of Courage understands that the right choice is not always the easiest choice, and is willing to do the right thing even if nobody else is looking. A man of Action is dedicated to bettering the community around him through intentional acts of service and generosity. He understands that the way to find himself is to lose himself in the service of others. A man of Excellence is committed to making the most of his education by applying himself to the conceptualization of a subject in which he is passionate about, so one day he can combine passion with knowledge and change the world. Delta Sigma Phi was founded in New York in 1899 by a group of men intent on establishing a fraternity that accepted gentlemen regardless of race, religion, or creed. We at Iota Theta hold firm to this ideal.
