Volunteer for Bronco Welcome Events
Make students’ and families’ first days on campus fun and memorable.
The Bronco Welcome committee is looking for student and staff volunteers to help with the following Bronco Welcome events.
- New Student Move In: 7:15 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Help new students and their families unload and transport items from their vehicles into campus housing.
- Convocation: 2:15 – 3:45 p.m. Welcome and assist students and their families in finding their seats in Taco Bell Arena. (staff volunteers only)
- B on the Blue: 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. Serve as a section leader and help students and their guests form the shape of our university logo on the field in Albertsons Stadium. (staff volunteers only)
August 26 – 28:
- Information Tables: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. daily. Information tables will be stationed at multiple locations around campus on August 26, 27, and 28. We are looking for friendly volunteers to staff tables and answer questions from students about navigating the campus. (staff volunteers only)

Early Arrival Application
August 1 – Early Arrival Applications Due: If you are volunteering and are interested in moving into your residence hall a day early please indicate your interest when you fill out your volunteer registration. If your move-in volunteer registration is received before the deadline you will receive additional information about the early arrival application process.
