Graduate Student Showcase seeks student proposal submissions and faculty judges

Boise State University’s Graduate Student Showcase will take place 9 a.m.-noon Wednesday, April 8 in the Student Union Building, Jordan Ballroom.

The deadline to submit proposals for this one-day conference is Wednesday, March 11. All graduate students at Boise State are eligible to participate.

This event allows graduate students the opportunity to share their research and scholarship at Boise State while earning a chance at cash awards. Last year, 65 graduate student showcase award winners were presented $17,250 in total award money.

Graduate student submissions to the showcase are judged by Boise State faculty members. Faculty will be asked to judge six randomly-assigned student entries during one of the two judging periods – either 9-10:30 a.m. or 10:30 a.m.-noon – as their availability allows.

Faculty, staff, students and community members are all welcome to attend the showcase. For more information, visit the Graduate Student Showcase page.
