Email Request Form

The Graduate College oversees mass email sent to graduate students to ensure that communication is consistent, coordinated, and in alignment with the university email policy. Submit a request form for messages to be sent to all graduate students or targeted populations. Requests should be submitted at least one week prior to the intended send date.

Note: Periodic information about campus events, activities, programs, may be shared through the Graduate College social media channels, news feed, digital monitors, or events calendar rather than in mass email.
