Saint Alphonsus is currently accepting applications for the role of Patient Safety Attendant (PSA).
PSAs are an essential part of the intricate healthcare we provide to each patient. PSAs are specifically assigned to support a safe environment for patients by providing continuous observation and surveillance. PSAs’ help redirects the patient from engaging in at-risk behaviors and notifying the professional staff of the patient’s needs and/or alerts them in case of an emergency. PSAs are also responsible for documenting patient status and assisting licensed nursing staff with care as delegated.
