Neil Kugler, adjunct faculty for the Department of Community and Environmental Health, physical therapist, and athletic trainer, had a viewpoint piece, titled “End of Life Care,” published in the April 2014 edition of PT in Motion. The journal is published by the American Physical Therapy Association. Kugler’s viewpoint argued the need for physicians and physical therapists to have more education and awareness around end of life care decisions, including hospice and caregiver support.
