Cynthia Curl’s Pesticide Research Shines in the News, Beyond

Cynthia Curl, assistant professor in the Department of Community and Environmental Health, is leading the charge on research that studies the impacts of organic food on pregnant women. Her work recently was featured on KIVI and Boise State Public Radio – Boise State Asks.

Curl’s journal article, “Effect of a 24-week randomized trial of an organic produce intervention on pyrethroid and organophosphate pesticide exposure among pregnant women,” also was published by Environment International, a multi-disciplinary journal that covers a wide range of environmental disciplines.
