We’re here to take care of questions that haven’t been answered by our website or brochures. We are the primary source of help on major issues such as the housing application, general questions, and assignments; as well as providing support for all our staff and residents.
The Housing and Residence Life office is at Chaffee Hall on the campus of Boise State University. The office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Check out our location on the campus map.

Staffing and Questions
Our residence halls, suites, town-homes, and apartments are managed and supervised by live-in professional staff members. Your hall or apartment staff should be your first stop for most questions and for submitting maintenance requests. If they can’t handle the problem directly, they’ll help you find the right place.
