Boise State’s Dental Plan through BlueCross of Idaho utilizes a PPO provider network regardless of the type of medical plan you have selected. With this plan you can use any provider you want — but you may save money when using BlueCross of Idaho’s in-network dental providers.
FY26 Employee Dental Premiums
Employee contributions for dental premiums are deducted from the first two paychecks each month and go towards coverage for the following month (i.e., premiums for January are pulled from December’s paycheck). Please refer to the chart below for bi-weekly premiums.
