Before Attending Orientation
All new benefit-eligible employees will receive a “Welcome to Boise State University!” email from Human Resources once they have been added to our system. This email will be sent to both the personal and Boise State employee email addresses on file.
You will also receive a separate Google Calendar invitation for the Orientation for New Employees (ONE) session closest to your start date. This invitation will be sent only to your Boise State employee email address. After setting up your myBoiseState account and accessing your employee email, please check your inbox or Google Calendar for your orientation date, time, location, and session format (in-person or virtual).
Please wait to attend orientation until you receive your specific Google Calendar invitation. If you do not see it by three days before your start date or have questions, please contact hr@boisestate.edu.

Format Options
In-person Orientation:
For new employees working on-campus, in-person orientations are every other Monday from 9am-12pm.
Virtual Orientation
For new employees working remotely or as needed, virtual orientations are held once every month from 10am-12pm.
