All new employees receive an email titled “Welcome to Boise State University!” from Human Resources once they’ve been added to our system. This email invites employees to the first in-person Orientation for New Employees (ONE) closest to their start date. Current employees transitioning to a new role at the university are not required to attend ONE and will not receive an email invitation. However, everyone is still welcome to join! ONE offers in-person and virtual sessions. If you would like to change your ONE session or be added to a session, please email one@boisestate.edu. Format Options
In-person Orientation:
For new employees working on-campus, in-person orientations are every other Monday from 9am-12pm.
Virtual Orientation
For new employees working remotely or as needed, virtual orientations are held once every month from 10am-12pm.
