We are committed to collaborating with partners across Idaho throughout all five development phases. Our community engagement includes interviews, focus groups, surveys, beta testing, and training.

Phases of Engagement

  • Phase 1: Partner Engagement and Community Launch
    Work with Partners to build a shared vision.
  • Phase 2: Expert Focus Groups
    Gather feedback from local experts in key sectors to ensure the tool meets practical needs.
  • Phase 3: Tool Development and Data Representation
    Validate that the tool represents community data accurately.
  • Phase 4: Tool Beta Testing
    Involve partners in testing to improve usability and functionality.
  • Phase 5: Tool Rollout and Training
    Provide training and resources to ensure effective use of the tool in community planning.
