History MA

  1. Demonstrate mastery of historical research methods.
  2. Engage in historical debate on various topics central to the field of history
  3. Develop and defend a historical argument using primary historical evidence.
  4. Evaluate the historical debates relevant to their chosen culminating activity topic(s).
  5. Successfully complete the culminating activity (thesis, exam, project, or portfolio) appropriate to their chosen degree track.
