Sanghee Park published an article in the Aug. 1 Public Management Review.
Her article, “Cutbacks revisited: the relationship between resources and performance,” investigates the effect of staffing and employee cutbacks in public safety agencies in the context of county governments in California, Texas and Florida.
The piece previously was awarded the 2017 Volcker Junior Scholar Grant from the American Political Science Association (APSA).
Park recognizes Thomas Strauss, Boise State MPA graduate, and Mackenzie Case, MPA graduate and current Ph.D. student, for work beneficial to the paper.
