Luke Fowler published an article in the Aug. 5 edition of State and Local Government Review. His piece, “Intergovernmental Relations and Energy Policy: What We Know and What We Still Need to Learn,” reviews intergovernmental relations in energy policy, including overlaps between national, state and local authorities. It also illustrates why intergovernmental energy policy issues are such an important area of inquiry, reviews current scholarship and suggests possible avenues for future research.
