Arthur Scarritt and Micheal Kreiter

Arthur Scarritt, professor and chair, and Micheal Kreiter, adjunct professor, recently had their book chapter come out in print.

Their chapter, “‘Boatloads of Money’ in the Great Equalizer: How Diversity Furthers Inequality in the Neoliberal University,” was included in “Challenging the Status Quo: Diversity, Democracy and Equality in the 21st Century.”

This chapter comes out of the Department of Sociology’s Intermountain Social Research Lab and its ongoing research into the transformations of higher education over the past thirty years. The lab provides intensive research training to undergraduate students, including helping with presentations at regional professional conferences on the west coast. Students should contact Arthur Scarritt at arthurscarritt@boisestate.edu if interested.
