Participate in Boise State’s 2019 Listening Tour

In late March, Boise State launched the 2019 Listening Tour, a chance for employees to give feedback on their employment experience. The Listening Tour consists of an anonymous survey and employee focus groups. Take the survey here: https://boisestate.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3C7sxEvA6eitJl3

The campus focus groups will continue into next week. Employees who would like to engage in these interactive focus groups are encouraged to sign up. Register to participate in a focus group here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdfIY4mh7sZ-lOHerTtu9DGbMOm5cMgQ-rTrQAeHGqcT2-jqQ/viewform

The survey tracks elements of employee engagement as well as hones in on areas of improvement for Boise State. The purpose of the focus groups is two-fold: they provide participants with knowledge and information about elements of employee engagement, and solicit employee feedback on ideal work environments. Data taken from these focus groups will be used to create “heat map” opportunities for improvement in training and knowledge sharing, and pinpoint what employees at Boise State want most from their workplace.

Thus far, 987 individuals have responded to the anonymous survey and 184 employees are signed up to participated in focus groups. The goal is to hear every voice at Boise State, so that genuine and authentic changes can be targeted.
