Ruth Jebe, assistant professor in the Department of Management, published “Fostering Corporate Sustainability Through Directors’ Duties: South Africa’s Attempt to Align Corporate Governance with its Constitution” in the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.
She also has had a paper accepted for publication in the American Business Law Journal titled “The Convergence of Financial and ESG Materiality: Taking Sustainability Mainstream.”
