Mac Test, a professor and chair of the Department of English, had his new book, “Sacred Seeds: New World Plants in Early Modern English Literature,” nominated for the Renaissance Society of America Gordon Book Prize. The prize is awarded to the author of the best book in Renaissance studies (within the disciplines of literature, history, art, music and philosophy) published between July 2018 and June 2019.
