Special Collections and Archives is pleased to announce the opening of two new exhibits at Albertsons Library: “Happy 50th Anniversary to the Honors College” and “Bronco Sports: A Tradition Since 1932.”

“Happy 50th Anniversary to the Honors College” showcases student projects created as part of an honors 392 course taught by two faculty archivists in the fall of 2018. In the course, 16 students searched Boise State’s archives to gather information about honors history. Their research resulted in seven projects celebrating the 50th anniversary of the college in 2019. Projects included a short video, a digital timeline, oral interviews, posters and two games – Honors College Trivia and Bronco Life. The exhibit will be on display in the first floor lobby through Oct. 31.

“Bronco Sports: A Tradition Since 1932” celebrates Boise State’s history of intercollegiate, club and intramural sports. The display features a variety of artifacts and materials from the archives and is displayed in Special Collections and Archives on the second floor of the library through the end of fall semester.
